Great site!!

I am thinking of ordering the new Octavia Elegance 1.6FSI (wHATCAR car of the year 2005) My reason for choosing the Elegance over the Ambiente was the ivory trim. I saw the colour catalogue at the dealers and the leather colour for ivory was more of a pale grey shade. I am a bit worried now.

Have they changed the clour tone from a rich creamy yellow in the previous model? I also saw the new 100 edition and I am a bit appalled at the look of the greyish leather trim.

If anyone has the ivory leather trim in the New Octavia, please put my mind to rest.

Have you had a browse yet? There's an Octavia forum as well as a "Styling and Car Care" forum that you might like to have a look at whilst you're waiting, or play it by ear and post directly into one of them maybe?

Yes it is a lot lighter than the old leather, also remember leather darkens with age

Personaly I like the new colour. There are quiet a few Octys around now with the light leather. If you are un sure ruing round dealers in your area & see if anyone has one you can look at
