i don't know why, but I've always had a soft spot for a Targa, compared to a full on Cabrio.

Maybe Smokey & the Bandit is to blame. Was it the late 80s Toyota MR2 which had panels you took off and put behind the seats ?

I think it was, one on either side. I had an old X1/9 when they came out and was so jealous of a colleague who bought one.

Like the Guards Red Targa with the 5 spoke Fuchs style alloys the best with a red leather interior (pimp my ride why not).:blush

That GTR is mental it does 100-200kph in 3.5 seconds. Gets to 340kph in next to no time, I doubt there is anything road legal in Europe that could stay with it. 12 Fuel Injectors is insane and only running 1,400bhp.:whew:

She normally hates 4 cylinder cars but overall she seemed impressed apart from the 14 litres per 100km from the 300PS engine. My 363PS Superb just managed to use 6.7 litres per 100km over an entire tank (1,008km driven).

Can't see many Heritage buyers wanting the large number graphics on the doors and it's very expensive as they are making less than 1,000 I think.

Brutal Bentley Barnstormer. Bargain list price before you add the £30,000 options on the Press Car.😉
