Got a hire Octavia Estate in Italy with German signage. How do I change it to English? Should know, but senior moment and forgot. So annoying!

You would need to get into the vehicle settings on the infotainment and change it there. It should be relatively obvious from the icons where it is but you may need to consult an italian phrase book to decipher it.

Setup, then 4th option down (you might find it has a flag next to it. That's what I've just done just now and it works.
