Oil catcher

Featured Replies

Hi there people has anyone fitted a oil catcher can. Need advice on fitments etc

Do you mean a catch can?

I have a Forge kit.  It's very good.  it collects about 100ml of gunk every 1000km.

I looked at that kit you sent b4 think they are about 450 quid. Iv been looking at a lot of different makes of catch cans but they don't come as a kit. Just the can. Not sure if I'd still need blank end and plate etc. Thx

They are around $450-$500 of my money so ~GBP220 - 250.

Just google search tfsi catch can kit - there's at least half a dozen options of plug & play solutions.  CTS, Integrated Engineering, 034 Motorsport,

Here's a cheap one - http://www.aliexpress.com/item/oil-catch-can-for-vw-2-0t-fsi-ea113-engine/1015965608.html?spm=2114.31010208.4.2.sQXvq2

For me, it's easier to buy a kit so that I don't have to stuff around too much.

The 3 outlet blank plates are about GBP50 if you already have a can.
