Does anyone have a clue what the part number for my steering wheel is? i cant find it anywhere?!

 

I have the 4 spoke prefacelift fabia steering wheel, and its looked a bit tired since i bought the car so i figured it needs a new one.

I want to keep the original airbag unit so i cant change over to one of the newer steering wheels as they are different, its the same as one linked in this post below,
