Little bit of help needed

Recommended Posts

I suspect that used to be plugged into the fuse board somewhere but it's fallen out.

If there is a fuse between it and the parrot then it can just be plugged in (probably a switched live). If there isn't a fuse, then you should really fit a piggyback fuse to protect the wiring.

Any switched live should be fine, I'd use a multimeter to find one. I can't remember which are or aren't.

As for a piggyback fuse, you can grab them on ebay pretty cheaply http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/221783594061 but a local autoshop should also stock them. Simply cut off the spade connector on the wire currently and then either solder or crimp on the piggyback fuse.
