Front ARB buying advice

Afternoon Gents,

In short I need a new front anti roll bar and bushes. My car is a 2004 ASZ Fabia VRS.

I was hoping you could help me ensure I pick up the right parts or maybe even throw your own suggestions into the mix if possible please.
