lowering springs

Featured Replies

can anybody recommend a decent garage in west Yorkshire to fit either h&r or eibach lowering springs to a mk3 vrs octy

I'm looking at this option as well..I have a VRS TDI Estate and am frankly disappointed with the standard ride height..does anyone have a preference for the Eibachs or H&R lowering kits ?

Eibach Pro Kit for me too. I bought mine from Demon Tweeks along with a fresh set of B4s, had them fitted at Crossroads Garage in Kiveton, Rotherhamshire!

I installed H & Rs.. 40mm drop.. Testimonials for both are similar.. looking above, the Eibachs look very nice on the 19 inch rims.

Comfort and ride is vastly improved over standard on mine.. again similar reports for the Eibach! If your wheels are 18 inch, you may wish to install 20mm spacers to the rear and 10 to the front.

I used German Autocare in Pudsey/Stannigley to fit my H&Rs.

They also fitted my black grill, black mirror caps and fitted and balanced the new tryes to my new wheels and fitted them to the car.

Faultless.

Do you have spacers on this as well or not?
