egr delete... help?

Featured Replies

hi there all,

im new to this forum so be easy with me,,

i have got my self an egr delete kit and will be fitting it very soon but before i do id like to get some views on what im planing on doing and on how to do it right.

when i take the egr off i plan on simplifying the vacuum system a bit by taking off the n18,, n239,, vacuum reservoir... so that im only left with one solenoid the n75 my worry is that with the other solenoids gone the ecu will be playing up will a resistor before the n75 stop it from playing up? is there another way or will i have to go get it mapped?

some help will be greatly appreciated,

thanks jordan.

well I would make life easy by selling the kit,  clean and block off the vac to the egr or do a "wingnut Stealth mod"    and leave the rest alone
