Had this leaflet sent , its about a two year fixed price service plan at £378. They quote MOT at £39 but my local does it for £27.50. The rest ,minor service £139 and major £259. Sounds resonable so any one done it?.

What does it include?

 

If it is only 2x £139 minor services then not so good.

 

My Skoda dealer does an MOT for £19.99 if done at the same time as a service.

 

Remember that a £259 major service rarely gets you any more than the £139 minor service. The additional air, fuel and pollen filter are only changed "if required" which given on most models isn't until 60,000+ miles or 5+ years means theywon't be changed often and probably not within the duration of the service plan. 

 

I've yet to see a service plan that works out cheaper than booking as and when required. They are good for spreading the cost if you are able to pay monthly.
