Weird Blower Problems

Hi there we have a 59plate Octavia Elegance and for a while now we had a problem with the heater blower.  Everytime we turn right the fan cuts out and then comes back on again when we straighten up. Does not do this when we turn left. We have changed the blower unit and the resistor and have checked to the best of our ability any connections etc but so far no joy.  Just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem or any ideas what it could be.
