Hello All,

 

The rear washer on the Fabia has given up. Have checked all the usual joints and they are all ok. When you push the stalk there is no noise from the pump like when using the front?

 

Any ideas?

Do the front work?

Yeah front works fine mate. Not really sure when the back gave up as i don't tend to use it that much.

I suspect the pump motor if it is not running when you try to squirt the rears but is running for the fronts. From my experience on another car the pump and motor rotate one way for the fronts and the opposite direction for the rears. Mine jammed when trying to rotate to squirt the rears. Fitting a new pump and motor assembly fixed the problem.
