Aerial not straight (shark Fin)

Featured Replies

Does anyone know what might be required to straighten the aerial? Ive got my car booked in at the dealers for some other things and i have mentioned about this matter but the only thing that's bugging me is that if part of the roof lining might need to be pulled down because it can only be altered from the inside.

So then comes down is it worth the risk of them potentially getting the roof dirty or creased if that makes any sense?

Mine is exactly the same, it's just slightly off straight, but just enough to annoy me.

I would be interested to hear what the dealers say, I've not spoken to mine about it yet!

I had my Yeti's roof lining removed to sort out a pano roof tube kink and not only did it go back without any signs of removal it also cured a little squeek just above the drivers seat.

Mine was off centre to, I just gently moved it into the correct position as it wasn't that tight!

+1 Only needed a slight twist from outside. Surprising how only bad it looks even though it's only slightly misaligned.

Mine is slightly off as well, but does this matter? Except visual?

Thanks for the advice, I shall give it a try tomorrow I doubt the dealership would take as much care as I would to try and straighten it. kalpat I couldn't agree with you more.
