CCM reprogram (Post Cruise Control Retrofit)

Hi,

I've just been fitting Cruise Control to my 2008 1.9 Bohemia Estate (Mk 1).

Cruise Control stalk fitted and wired, found that the original Comfort control module doesn't seem to support it (6Q2) despite Skoda saying that it would.

Purchased a secondhand 6Q1 CCM and fitted that - Cruise control and all other functions now work fine - Except the boot lock. Remote central locking working fine except boot, reverts to normal when 6Q2 CCM refitted. Does anyone know how to program the CCM to support the boot unlock using VAGCOM?

First time starting a project thread, bear with me... Heard about this Roomster not too far from me that might be heading for a scrapyard, and decided to try to acquire it. Is the skoda scala slave cylinder concentric and located inside the gearbox for all models, or is it just the 1.5 engine which doesn't have it on the outside of hte gearbox? I'm seeing different reports about whether the gearbox needs to be removed to check or replace it on a 1.0 litre engine.

The fan for air conditioning and heater on my 2006 Octavia Mk2 L&K is not working. I have checked the fuses and they are OK. Does it have a relay that might have failed? I am hoping it is not the fan unit itself, as this seems to be peculiar to RHD models with climatronic and was discontinued by Skoda in 2022. (Part no. 1K2 820 021).

I have had an ongoing problem for 2 years with my 2018 Kodiaq .2.0l TSI battery losing charge over a few days and the battery charging randomly at different charge rates. To date I have had: 2 replacement batteries (at my cost) then under Extended Warranty (now expired) 1 replacement negative battery lead (with sensor) 1 replacement alternator Symptoms (monitored with Ancel Battery Manager device and multimeter) Battery discharges in a few hours from 100% SoC /12.8v to around 65% then conti
