First of all, is this an 'approved' communication channel with Skoda, i.e. do they respond to them/act on them? Has anyone emailed them and got a response/action etc?

Thinking of raising an issue and email is probably the easiest method of doing this. However, if I have to write then fair enough.

I've had a couple of replies. Helpful and not too long a wait (ie a couple of days).

Took the best part of a week to reply to my query concerning an adaptor to make the CD player work with a Blaupunkt sat nav. But came up with the answer in the end

Been very good on the 2 occasions I Emailed.
