Hello and welcome to the forums! How does the LPG conversion work out, practicality and mileage?

not trying to put you off but when i was serving my time as a mechanic many yrs ago. I use to do conversions but some engines didnt like lpg. Apparently it use to wreck the upper engine as it was too dry. remember was a while back but very popular on the long mileage vehicles

Hi to you both this is my second lpg now the first one was a vectra with 142k on and clocked up 87k myself and found it to be good some engines like the ford V6 needs a valve lube fitting to save the wear on the engine and was an old lpg system where you felt a little difference in power delivery. The Octavia has a newer system fitted to it and dont notice a difference really and as a rule of thumb upto now If i do 200 it cost me £22 hope this helps but i have been a bit heavy footed as this is my first turbo
