I've a Skoda Octavia II 1.6TDi Maunal on a 2010 plate.

The cruise control does not work,

I've tried the usual fixes as on the diagnostics forum page here, but no difference.

 

The cruise does not work at all, with no clicking etc.

Any ideas please?

anyone local with specialist knowledge.

I'm trying to stay away from Crawley Down Skoda as  not had brilliant service previously and would prefer specialists.

What model Octavia?

If you have check the brake light switch and clutch pedal switch (not sure how you would check this one) then the stalk is probably goosed.
