Skoda Fabia Comfort 1.2 Petrol 2004

Featured Replies

Hello, I'm just posting in regards to a problem which has started occurring with my Fabia.

After I've started the engine up and pull off, the first few times I use the brake pedal there is some sort of vibration or juddering coming from the brake. However, once I've got up to around 30mph the ABS light comes on. After the light has come on and use the brakes there is no vibration or juddering whatsoever and they work like normal. Is it possible that there's something wrong with a sensor?

Also, before this problem starting occurring I had the EPC light come on quite regularly, does anybody think that this could be related?

Cheers

Sounds like the abs is coming in giving that juddering feeling.

The only way to know what's up with it is to get it scanned for fault codes.
