fabia 54 reg 1.2 12v comfort 64hp estate

Hi, need help i have changed car battary and since then on start up ie as soon it fires up  i get 3 quite high pitch beeps no dash warning lights apart from the norm but it only happens when the car eng is warm does not do it from cold, i have cheaked rad water all ok any ideas ?????? cheers bustabrook
