Hi I am having trouble removing the radiator fan sensor switch on my car does it pull/ twist off as its stuck fast please help

It's screwed in, see picture here.

 

Can be easy to turn things the wrong way if they're facing away from you?

So the wire connector does that unscrew with it or pull off?

Pulls off, but first you'll have to release the latch, fairly standard on these cars, move a few mm in the direction of the pink arrow, this releases the connector. Will probably be in a different rotational position on your car.  Probably worth practicing the release technique on a more accessible connector, so you know what it feels like when it works.
