I've heard that's the front grille on the facelift mk1 vrs is different to the pre face... It's said to be slanted on the newer version is this right? What exactly is slanted as I can't see the difference

On the standard Fabia the facelift and preface lift are different.

As for the Vrs.... I've always thought the front bumper is the same from when they came out in 2003 till they stopped in 2007. Never had them side by side yet.

He's referring to the grille attached to the bonnet

And yes, they're different in the Vrs from 2005. They angle towards the centre as apposed to being straight from left to right.

It's most noticeable if you look at the car from the side.

I didn't know that they differed but my SE (2007) has the fins angles in towards the centre
