I'm having people tell me they hear a lot of road noise and quiet voice when I'm using hands free.

Apparently the mic can't be adjusted even by the dealer. Is this correct or am I missing something in settings?

There are settings in VCDS, but TBH whenever I have adjusted them they do not make any difference. 

Dealer told me there weren't any vcds settings grrrrr and that the Bluetooth worked fine when fitter took it out. It is ok at 30-40mph speeds but at motorway speeds it's pretty poor.
