I've undertaken a few mods on the Superb - XDS, HHC, Comfort Turn Signal, hidden menu on the Columbus. I scanned the car before hand and after and had no errors.

 

I wanted to add Easy Entry this morning and did a full scan as advised. 

 

Now VCDS has thrown-up two error codes, the first in address 19, CAN Gateway (J533) and the second in 4C, Tire Pressure II, which was not there before, but perhaps its something to do with the enabling of XDS?

 

Here's the full printout - hopefully someone can show me the error of my ways!?

If 19 is throwing up that code and it can't reach that component then it's not installed.

Go on to 19 gateway and open up long coding helper and save the code. then go out of coding helper and on to installation list and un tick tyre monitor II and apply the coding.

Once applied erase any faults (the fault may have changed to intermittent by this point) and exit gateway and vcds.

remove the keys and lock the car. leave it for a minute or 2 until the alarm is active. By this point the can bus network will have entered sleep mode. unlock the car and do a rescan to see if the issue have gone.
