hi guys been a while since ive been on as the Rs has been behaving itself the last few months but over the last couple ive found the

front end to be very hard and it doesnt seem to ride bumps and potholes very well at all 

does anyone know of a quck way of checking springs and dampners? also im in need of a n/s/f wishbone can other octys be used?

Give each corner a good push down?  It should return to level quickly.  If its bouncing you have a problem!
