Had car in for the second time over the rattling, vibration type of sound and the garage said even though it makes a noise it's not faulty it's one of them things I have to live with it.I said if it's not faulty how come it makes the noise, how come you've replaced loads before even on the Ups but because the computer is not picking it up as a fault you won't replace it.The words loads of *******S springs to mind

Do what I did, I hit a rough dip in the road at a slow speed which damaged my heatshield, went to the dealer, said I hit a bad pothole and think the heatshield is damaged as its making a noise whilst changing through certain gears, as far as I remember it was replaced FOC
