Could anybody photoshop this for me please?

I'm after:

 

• Rear Door Handles Smoothed
• Rear doors welded
• Around the arches to be the same colour as the car
• Lowered slightly
• Rear windows to be replaced with panels instead of Glass/Tinted Red
• The badge above the side repeater to be removed
• Finally the attached wheels to be replaced with what's on the car already.

Not the greatest photoshop in the world, didn't colour code the bottom arches around the wheels because my photoshop skill level isn't that great, just colour coding the rear window was a task in itself

Nath, I saw your post elsewhere considering doing a van conversion, and seeing that - you definitely should

Van conversion must be done.. and now I've slept on it I do think it would look better without paint around the arches
