Good Service !!

Featured Replies

We are all given to mention things about our cars when they are bad including poor service and lack of help from dealers.

However, having just picked up my baby :driving: from it's 1st service (18k - variable) I must put pen to paper (or rather fingers to keyboard) to praise the excellent service I got at Forward Motors in Luton.

I was given a very clean Octy 1.9 diesel as a courtesy car for the day(made me appreciate just how excellent the RS is!!) and left the car with them. I mentioned a few minor things for them to look at whilst it was in.

On returning, Graham the After Sales chap, who was both very courteous and helpful, sat me down and went through everything that had been done. Nothing was too much trouble and he explained all the things I had asked them to look at, pointing out the warranty work from the standard service work.

Now I have owned a good few cars in my time and this is I am pleased to say, the first time I have felt I have ever got service, instead of feeling like a mild irritation :x , plus everything I asked to be looked at was and reported on.

I feel it is right to criticise where needed but also to praise where praise is due. My thanks to the people at Forward Motors, you are a credit to the marque!! :D

P.S. All this for just over
