07 PD VRS knocking noise with ESP, ABS and tyre pressure warning lights

Folks,

 

Whilst on the motorway doing 70, the above lights came on for a few seconds, coupled with vibration through the steering wheel and the speedo flickering. They went off again, however, a few miles later whilst on a raised section, the car went over one of the expansion strips which caused quite a jolt and back on came the lights (they haven't gone off since)

 

There is also a knocking noise coming from somewhere which is in rhythm with the speed of the car.

 

Any ideas?
