So I have bought a Fabia estate for £50 and I'm doing a few mods to it.

 

To begin the brakes, engine upgrades and then suspension. For upgrading engine I have ASZ injectors and a PD130 Garett turbo.

 

I have looked at a few posts but I'm just wanting a good concrete answer of everything I'll need.

 

I will be getting;

 

MAP sensor

I believe I need pipe number 4 here? turbo2.png

Will I need the PD130 pipefrom the airbox to turbo? I have the metal pipe from the turbo 891.jpg

 

Either ASZ EGR or ASZ EGR Delete kit aswell?

 

Any other info would be much appreciated

So just to clarify, to upgrade a PD100 to a PD130 (that will map to around 175bhp) you need:

 

Turbo.

Inlet Manifold.

MAP Sensor.

Injectors.

Intercooler pipe to turbo.

You don't need the inlet manifold. :)

ok I got a set of injectors aswell :)

You can get 170 out of pd100 injectors just with a 130 turbo, but that's the limit, much like 250/60 is the limit on 130 injectors.

I have most of the parts laying around. (well, two VRS engines in fact...)

Was asking as my step sister asked me if it was possible to give her PD100 Roomster a bit more poke.

My pd100 has been mapped to 144 everything else is standard. Its has plenty of poke now.

Able to overtake with full load without fearing for everyones life.

Im not gona go down route of bigger turbo etc.

I can keep up with most cars upto 70 thats all i need

Roomster is bigger and heavier.

For the minimal amount of parts we'll probably aim for 170-175.

You'll just need the turbo then mate, and the inter cooler 90 degree pipe and cut off one of the couplers.

Then a map :) the standard injectors will make 170

Neew to the forum so apologies if this seems a dumb question - why not stick a cheap generic map on from blackcircles.co.uk to guage how near this gets to the required oomph snd help judge what oily bits need changing ?

 

Don't know if that outfit have a good or bad name around here - not used them myself - yet.
