I have a 2013 Octavia III Exclusive with the amundson entertainment unit and the mitsumi interface.

 

I am trying to find out the correct cables to interface an android phone (micro USB) and iPhone 5 (lightning connector).

For the iphone it should be one of these.

 

For the android something like this, but it depends on the make/model of phone.

 

Search ebay, where I bought a genuine Skoda one for my iphone 4s for £8.

I think that the lightning connector type is a waste of money... it is extremely wrong designed, even a small torque may break it...

at least this is what happened with mine, something went wrong inside, if i push it hard, it works, but otherwise faulty...
