Getting my milltek turbo back fitted soon and fmic then will add stage 2 map. My diverter valve is already on its way out as it was throwing a code. Had it checked and its leaking where it no longer seals properly.

Oem all the way. Forge is good if you want bling bling and thats where its benefits end..

Only seem to have the 006, 007 or split R valves not goy 008 on there :-(

Must of sold out can only find 1 tho for £130 131219096295 thats the ebay no wouldn't a 007 be ok to use?

Why not just buy a new revised oem dv which is maintenance free, doesn't need faffing about with springs and is a lot cheaper leaving you spare cash to put to more mods?

Unless of course you do need the bling.

I'm also going stage 2, and will be renewing the oem dv with the revised version as a piece of mind measure

Nothing wrong with the OEM valve for stage 2 & it's only about £25.

Indeed, they require no servicing either

Well as I am male i didn't listen and have purchased a Forge 008 with thanks to Damian@DPM. Very quick respone to every message sent and very helpfull guy. Will hopefully be here tomorrow to fit. Now I am off to get my Milltek turbo back fitted so busy for next few hours. Just need my Map if the guy ever replies to me

Well that was quick from Damian&DPM and parcelforce (other delivery companies available) lol. Forge 008 turned up at 09.38 and is all fitted. Waiting for kids to wake up so can go for a drive..... now just need remap

Have you fitted a cone filter for the turbo chatter whats the remap taking you upto?

Hi mate i have always had a RAM AIR filter with the heatshield. I cant remap my ECU due to sending it to someone before to clone a map from another ECU and do immo defeat. Turns out they have blocked the ECU from being read so I need a spare ECU and map that. Had a guy going to sell me a shark stage 2 but now he is not replying to my messages so not sure what im going to do now

I just brought a cheap one but am upgrading to one with a heat sheild next pay day. My mate got a golf 150bhp when he heard about me getting the 180vrs he booked his and now running 240bhp with his uprated bits on too his only problem the same day it broke a coil then another so replaced all 4 in the end but now hes a happy boy

OEM all the way unless you want 230+ HP , then it will fail. I've just fitted a 008 and it looks awesome and will take 300 HP . Not that it ever will lol .
