Pick up rear suspension turret

Hi,

 

New member looking for some help with my recent cheap purchase of a 1999 pick up has rusted through the rear suspension turrets - seems like it is a common problem and may be the end of him? was covered by load liner and looked ok from underneath when purchased. (lesson learnt but fortunately not too much money spent!) I was wondering if anybody has any solutions as the panel / turrets do not even seem available from anybody now. Alternatively novel solutions / advice would be appreciated.
