Just thought I'd say hiya ,and seek some advice....please

Hi all ,my family has out grown my fabia ,and been offered a octavia 4x4 registered June 2010 ,with what look likes "bmm" engine code ,I know it's 2.0 but could someone please shed some light on this engine ,it's done 115000 with full main dealer history having timing belt @90k is it a pd or common rail I havnt seen in person yet just trying to do some home work first
