Can some one tell me if the rear lamp on a 2007 octavia vrs combi is a darker colour than a standard octavia combi, I got a new one from a dealer and it looks a lot brighter (it could be that it is new) but just checking, Thank You

I'm pretty sure they share the same rear clusters.

 

If someone had the car before you they may have tinted them but it's quite likely the bulbs have gotten dimmer as they've aged. Simplest test would be to swap one of the bulbs over to see if it makes any difference?

Thanks for the replies, I decided to just replace the other one too, its probably the handiest solution.
