Rubber squeaking sound when turning at low speed

Featured Replies

I've got a rubbery squeaking sound from what sounds like its coming from the engine bay or drivers side somewhere i can hear it through the bulkhead in the car

It happens when turning at low speeds or manoeuvring into parking spaces etc. It's not detrimental to the steering or anything. It sounds like rubber on rubber squeaking

Anybody have any ideas? Bit of grease or wd40 needed somewhere?

Wishbone bush? Mine will squeak like hell in the wet. Oooor mine used to squeak over speedbumps before I replaced the droplinks.

Hmm could be mate, I'll have to have a proper inspection, hard to tell where its coming from bloody annoying though

Yeah its hard to diagnose. I just replace the cheapest bush first and see if makes any difference then work my way up through the other bushes.

theese are top mounts failing....very known
