Hi all not on here very often to be fair but was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Getting a flash from glow plug very occasionally at roughly 3500 rpm. Fault code is p0016 camshaft/crankshaft coralation thought it was timing that was maybe a fraction out but checked that tonight and it is spot on. Can anyone shed any light on this help would be much appreciated Thanks in advance

Hi mate I've checked timing already and everything seems spot on. Was just wondering if their was maybe a common fault with the crank sensor or cam sensor failing?

Anyone ever had this problem. I have had the car remapped also and only seems to do it with the map on the car. I originally thought it was map related but this is a different remap company and its still doing it?

When you say you have checked the timing.. have you put the crank tool on and the 2 pins (cam and fuel pump)? Or just visually checked it?

Its either timing out or a faulty cam or crank sensor.. or wiring to the cam/ crank sensor
