Hi I've been thinking about what alloys I should replace my standard vRS wheels with and so far have come up with the above list. Using Walkie's pics from the alloys archive I've done a few photoshops (not great ones and couldn't find a side on pic of the cupra r's).

What do you guys think? I wanted the OEM look which is why I chose the Seat Leon Cupra R and FR alloys but the others are just because I've always liked that style. And also the Dare X90's look gold in the pic but they're hyper silver.

Prices I've been quoted so far:

The Cupra R's:

I saw Cupra R 18's going for around

I like the ones on the left which ever they may be

Sorry but they both look Max Power. :thumbdwn:

Just the opinion of an old git. :o

Thats a nice car, looks familier :D

Ones on the right are hideous, ones on the left look ok:)

edit: niether for me though :(

The ones of the left look damn sexy. What ones are they?

Ones on the left are Leon FR ones it looks like.

The Fabia is slab sided like a VW, so I think VW alloys would look better than SEAT ones by and large, SEATs tend to be more egg shaped!

The ones on the left are the Leon FR's, these are the ones I was most interested in. The ones on the right aren't all that great on the fabia but was just testing to see what they look like but the more I look at them the worse they get.

The prices for the LCR's and FR's are from the guy at Nottingham off seatcupra.net but these are both in 17" which is why the LCR's are that price, in 18" they're cheaper.

Sorry M8,

But I think they both pale in comparison to Audi RS6s (which incidently I'm getting on Friday!).

Obviously, its all down to personal opinion. Both the above look 'okay' (I prefer the ones on the right).

IMHO 'chunky' rules!

Verr.

Seen some cupra ones the other day and thought they would go well but, deep down I am an OZ man

Nothing just prefer the LCR's, thanks Lummox for the pics thats exactly what I'm after.

And a young one, too.

Go for S3 alloys. Much better I think.

Or TT Competitions. They are the bo'nadgers.

But they've both been done. I like the Leon FRs :cool:

If you want original, go with some Schmidt TH-Lines. Or some 18" Merc AMGs on adaptors.

I think its definately gonna be the LCR's or FR's. I just missed out on a set of 18" LCR's finished in dark anthracite for

I just need some more money to buy them now.
Normally helps

Let us know when you get them, pop down for a gander :)

Those circular Audi A3 ones look nice, not sure what they are called.

Circular alloys are always useful...

Duh dum, tsch!

Seriously though, I think the ones you mean are Audi A3 wheels and only come in 15". Either that or 17" A8 wheels, which alse have lots of holes around the outer rim.
