Gargling sound followed by knocking cr170

I have a gargling sound that happens quite often, the other day it was knocking stopped the car got out and it sounded like a ticking noise this stopped after 10seconds, continued to drive the car and it was like nothing had ever happened.

This new sound has developed scince, it's hard to describe but similar to the gargling sound I described earlier but a lot deeper, it doesn't happen all the time.

Can anyone help me please as to what it might be??
