Tw@**ed a grouse today.

85 mph on a peak district 'B' road.

Damn thing just walked out in front of the car. There was nowt I could do.

Looked in the rear-view to see a headless bundle of feathers.

Felt ashamed, guilty, physically sick and had to stop at the next layby, to.....

check there was no damage to furby's front bumper assembly, nor even the slightest scratch or blemish on the paintwork! Just couldn't have lived with myself if I'd found anything.

Bloody 'Avians' !

PS. Don't know if it was Karma but I had to clean 3 distinct bird sh!ts off the car this afternoon!
