I recently bought a dog guard on EBay but the thing diddnt fit. The part number on the item is as follows:

ZGB-6Y9-017-223-FY

Can anyone identify what marque/model this is for?

The 9 after it estate.

Octavia usually 1U for hatch and for estate 1U9

Yes, the instructions that came with the item were for a 1U9 part number.

I've since bought one from a Briskodian that fits perfectly. The Ebay item is now being returned (once the paypal refund has been made)
