MY16 Bolero Radio and Maxidot - problem?

Quick one for anybody with a MY16 car.

Has anyone had the radio go dead yet? The day after I got the car the radio restarted itself. No big deal until Saturday night when I put the car into reverse and the camera popped up for a split second and then the screen went green and white. I turned it off and it was black/blank. Restarted the car and it was still the same but all the functions and touch worked fine.

Yesterday morning all was well again until I noticed the maxi-dot (colour if that makes a difference) go blank for a split second. It came back and all was well until the radio just restarted itself again.

I suspect it might be related to having android auto running a lot of the time, and I know there has been problems with head units in the past. Has anyone had anything similar on a MY16 car?
