I had a sand beige Austin 1800 with red seats.

Significant choice has been eliminated.

Boeing uses buff and brown for a calming influence.

It suites those of mature discerning taste.

Rappers wouldn't go for it though.

Seriously considering one of these to replace the Octy estate, though the brown leather is a ? particularly for swmbo. The option is a vRS estate but  4x4 could be a bonus and don't want diesel. The YETI looks very good value in this guise.

The dark brown reminds me of Mercs from the seventies.

Cost pressures have eliminated most of the colour option complexities.

Does anyone know if the electric seats (an option) have memory function?

Dealer told me it didnt but that kinda spoils the reason for having them in the first place!

Web site configuration states £535 electric seat with memory ,salesman proberly to busy to read up

The seat has a memory function that can remember different seat and mirror positions for the two key fobs.

Will petrol models be a bit scarce in the showrooms now with the diesel scandle so perhaps they will only fit brown seats in them with all the brown leather they have not been able to use?

That's a Sad comment.

I've been delighted with my 1.8 TSI 4x4 Superb Combi since I bought it in 2013 so I'm about to hit the order button on a 1.4 TSI L&K for the Mrs on a PCH deal. Sure, I'd've had black leather had it been an option and it's a shame the Yeti doesn't have the electric seats with memory function that my Superb has but to me it's a no brainer for the money when looking at PCH deals.

My 2014 electric drivers seat has 3 memory positions. 1 and 2 change automatically when the drivers door is opened to suit each fob.

I imagine it is just like my Octavia was, you can configure the seats to the two different key fobs, there are also 3 memory buttons on the seat which you can assign to any position you want.
