Will this stereo work in my fabia?

Looks that way yes...   but the fascia is shown upside down in the picture and you may end up having to enlarge / rim some mounting holes in the dash panel so that the new fascia clips in properly - I did with my connects 2 fascia.

I'd say not to go with that one, cheap is not at all and you might regret doing it. That HU's value, without the accessories, would be ~£15-20. An entry level, but better built JVC/Pioneer/Alpine single din head unit with an USB port would be about the same. The only other thing that you might need to purchase would be the aerial amplifier, but you might have it as well. 

 

Later edit: please correct me if I am wrong, but I do remember that before having my dual din head unit, the old aftermarket single din was placed *under* the storage tray and didn't require a fascia adapter. You can simply switch the storage box with the HU and no longer require that plastic thing ?
