Had a new clutch fitted yesterday and now have a few niggles

Featured Replies

As per title, seems my "electricals" are playing up. All on board computer readings have been reset but miles left in tank has been at 115 miles for a while at half a tank with no movement. Windows now won't go down on there own ( one push is it called)

Any ideas why this is? Would the battery have been disconnected?

Yes battery would be disconnected. Everything is normal.

The fuel gauge and computer have been reset so give it a tank or two to get used to your driving style again.

The windows can be changed to one touch by pressing and holding the button a few times.

-press and hold the down button untill the window drops to the bottom and hold the bottom for a few extra seconds untill you hear a faint click.

- pull the button up and hold it up untill the window is fully closed, keep holding for an extra second or two for the click and it should be back to one touch.

Thanks for that. I'll try it when I'm next in the car. [emoji106]

Weirdly didn't work on mine but when the window was down I just pressed the button down a few times then when window was up pulled it up a few times and that worked for me. [emoji106]

That's the idea.

Using full closure with the key in the lock will reset it as well.

Never tried that way before, might be easier.
