DTM Series - Germany

Last year, disillusioned somewhat with Formula One, we took in DTM at Hockenheim. It was absolutely fantastic and the DTM cars were "beasts".

Last week we repeated the experience by going to Oschersleben, in the former East Germany, to watch DTM again. I bought 3 day tickets for the best seats in the house, with paddock passes, for the grand sum of €77. Parking near to the circuit was free.

The racing was fabulous again...DTM, ADAC formula 4, Porsche Carrera Cup and Audi Sport TT.

Each class ran 2 races, except Formula 4 that ran 3 races. Oschersleben is a relatively new circuit built clearly for the benefit of spectators. Viewing from almost all of the circuit is excellent.

Anyone considering watching Motorsport abroad............you may just want to check out DTM and/or the superb Oschersleben circuit.
