Any good garages in the North East?

Featured Replies

Hi guys.

Trying to get my VRS sorted as it currently has heating issues and is burning coolant through the exhaust. It's has a new head gasket done less than 6 weeks ago but it's got coolant in oil and burning white smoke on boost out the exhaust. A sniff test this morning shows no fumes in the coolant. So the garage think it's nothing to do with them - check

I need a garage or somebody who KNOWS these engines inside out to fault find and fix. If anyone knows of a good garage or person please let me know.

Thanks peeps :)

Might be a bit far but Vass Tech get good reports from there Knaresborough Branch. There's one in Darlington

VW Experts

Cheers buddy!!

Not far from me, I know these engines well.

Have a look at swift motors westerhope.

They are a vag specialist and often do work for benfield Skoda/VW dealers.

They aren't cheap though I suppose but will 100% fix it.

Cheers buddy!!
