I doubt swapping the LCD will work.

 

You'll have to swap over the entire cluster.

 

It can be done though. Eddie-NL has done it on his Octavia with a Scirocco colour cluster.

All depends what a FL superb cluster looks like (I'm not too sure) but there is a video showing the internals of a MK6 golf colour cluster which might help you decide

 

I think it's a case of if you can get it to physically fit then you've got a good chance, I'm also not sure if its possible to change the VW for a Skoda logo when the car turns on either. There is a utility for doing this on the B&W maxidots but I've not heard anything about colour MFD.

Hm... Yeah. The reset buttons for trip etc is in different location too...
