Correct tyre size?

Featured Replies

As title.

My car has a set of Wolfrace Pro Lite wheels with 205/50/17s Contisports fitted.

I have another set of standard wheels which I would like to buy a set of track focused tyres for.

Are these sizes correct as it seems that 195/50/17s are far more common.

These are cheap, less then the price of one rear R888 for my tiv!

I've used the RSRs before and they were quite good on track.

205/50R17 is the correct (factory fitted) size for the Mk1 RS hatch.

Thanks for that.

Oponeo do Toyo R1Rs for £70 in that size!

I love these smaller tyred cars, so cheap ;)

225/45/17 will also go on, wider so grippier and usually a fair whack cheaper too.
