I was changing the bulbs in the vanity mirror the drivers one was out so i switched to led's when i replaced the bulbs they where both working and while i was positioning one of the bulbs they both went out ,is there a fuse and is by the drivers door where the panel comes off and which one many thanks ....

I found last night my  interior lights are not working now i have checked the fuse ans i swapped with the next 5 amp any ideas 

If you installed the LED with the wrong polarity it will block electricity flow on the circuit it's been put into. That's worth a try anyway, but I don't think that should disable all the lights.
