What plate is my car?

I keep hearing you guys mentioning that "i have a 55 plate" and "57 plate" and so on. All i want to know is how to know the plate number of my mk1 fabia, it's a saloon 2004 1.2 12v 47kw.

If the car was registered in the UK in 2004, it might have been a 53, 04 plate or a 54 plate.

 

Registered before End Feb 2004 '53'.

March to end August '04'.

September 2004 - End Feb 2005 '54'.

Yours is simply a 2004 as you're in Egypt.

 

04, 54 etc relates to the year and month it was registered in the UK.
